RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
30 days free return: Please keep the original box for the return. Within 30 days of the delivery, We accept all new, unopen, unused, resalable products for a FULL refund. We are unable to accept opened, used or assembled products.
Simply follow these steps:
- Contact us via email [email protected] to get your RMA and return shipping label.
- Put the RMA and shipping label to the outside of the original box.
- We will schedule Fedex/ UPS to pick it up from the original purchaser
location.
- Once our warehouse receives the items and inspected, we will issue a
full refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees or expedited shipping fee on original order (if any)
will not be refunded.
Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refund.
Exchanges: Same as return, there will be 2 separate transactions.
Damages/ Replacement: Within 30 days of delivery, if there is any damage because of shipping or missing parts, please contact us at [email protected] with the photo of damages so we can ship the right parts for you, free of charge.
